Shipping time to Europe is estimated 2-10 business days after being dispatched, depending on the destination. Shipping time to the rest of the world (Asia, Africa, Australia, North America, South America) after being dispatched is estimated 12+ business days to major cities, longer to other more remote locations.
Possible customs fees and taxes associated with your purchase are the responsibility of the customer, and the fees may vary in different countries. Generally there will be zero extra fees in shipments to the European Union.
Please note that all orders are dispatched by default as standard mail packages. The standard delivery option does not include shipment tracking or protection for possible loss or damage of the package. We recommend you to purchase an optional priority shipping with tracking at check out for an extra fee. In the priority delivery option we will take full responsibility for all lost or damaged shipments. Our current prices are valid indefinitely until further notice.
Items may be returned within 14 days after receiving your order. An item must be returned in the same condition as it was received, in its original packaging and not used or altered in any way. You can either get a new item or receive money refund. After we have received the returned goods, we'll refund the price you paid for your item. Damaged or worn items are not eligible for return or exchange, and will be returned to buyer at their own expense.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. If the product has been damaged during delivery to the customer or if the product is faulty, we will refund the delivery costs of returning the item. Always contact us by sending an e-mail to email@example.com before returning items.
